3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. Any change to the price of an ongoing subscription is notified to you by email at least 30 days in advance and applies only to the following period; you may cancel before it takes effect.
4. Payment
Payment card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payments secured via Stripe. No banking data is stored.
5. Access to courses
Activated immediately after payment confirmation. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any account sharing results in termination without refund.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Course €39/month and Club OuiChef €79/month: full refund of the first month within 14 days of the first payment, without conditions. This guarantee applies only to the first month, not to subsequent months. Refund requests: ahmed@ouichefacademy.com.
Premium Coaching €397/month: 14-day guarantee starting from your first session. If you are not satisfied after your first session, request a full refund of the first month from ahmed@ouichefacademy.com within this period, without having to give a reason.
6 bis. Statutory guarantee of conformity
The Seller is required to supply digital content that conforms to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of supply, in accordance with Articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. For content supplied continuously throughout the subscription, the guarantee applies for the whole term. In the event of a lack of conformity (for example, an inaccessible video or content that does not match its description), you are entitled to have the content brought into conformity or, failing that, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. A lack of conformity appearing during the guarantee period is presumed to have existed at the time of supply, without you having to prove it. 7. Cancelling your subscription
Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled online at any time from your account (billing portal), free of charge. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. For the Course and the Club, the first month is refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment, without conditions. For Coaching, the guarantee runs for 14 days from the first session. Refund requests: ahmed@ouichefacademy.com. These guarantees apply only to the first month, not to subsequent months. No pro rata refunds, subject to these guarantees and your statutory rights. In the event of non-payment, access is automatically suspended.
8. Educational responsibility
Results depend on the learner's personal commitment. OuiChef Academy does not guarantee specific results.
9. Intellectual property
All course content is protected by copyright. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
10. Disputes
Amicable resolution first, via ahmed@ouichefacademy.com. Failing that, the competent French courts. French law applies.
11. Mediation
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Contact us first at ahmed@ouichefacademy.com. Without a satisfactory answer within 60 days, you may refer the matter to the competent mediator.
