Premium Coaching Contract

The Service Provider: OuiChef Academy, represented by Chef Ahmed — ouichefacademy.com — ahmed@ouichefacademy.com.

The Client: the person subscribing to the Premium Coaching plan, identified by the email address and name entered at checkout.

The purpose of this contract is to provide an individual online culinary coaching programme as part of the OuiChef Academy Premium Coaching plan. This programme includes personalised support from Chef Ahmed, delivered remotely via video conferencing and messaging.

The Premium Coaching plan includes:

• Full access to Club OuiChef (24 modules + a live session every 2 weeks, replay available afterwards + Discord)
• A call with Chef Ahmed to identify the Client's level before the sessions begin
• 3 individual coaching sessions per month — 60 minutes each
• Direct WhatsApp support with Chef Ahmed — response within 48 working hours
• Personalised video analysis of techniques between sessions
• A 100% personalised progress plan established from the first session
• Personalised corrections to the Client's recipes and techniques
• Priority access to Chef Ahmed's calendar
• A private replay of each coaching session available within 24 hours
• A preferential rate of 20% off any additional sessions

Sessions take place exclusively online (Zoom, Google Meet or equivalent). No in-person service is included.

Premium Coaching: €397 per month, on a month-to-month basis, with no minimum-term commitment beyond the current month, subject to Article 7.

• Payment is made monthly by payment card via Stripe.
• The first payment activates access to the entire plan.
• If a payment fails, access is suspended after 5 days if the payment has not been regularised.
• No partial refund of the current month in the event of cancellation during the month, subject to the guarantee in Article 7.
• Sessions not used during the month cannot be carried over to the following month.

Scheduling: sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement through Chef Ahmed's online calendar. The Client books time slots at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation by the Client: at least 24 hours before the session. With less notice, the session is counted as having taken place.

Cancellation by Chef Ahmed: the session is rescheduled within the following 7 days, at no additional charge.

Lateness: if the Client is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session is forfeited. If Chef Ahmed is late, the session is extended by the corresponding amount of time.

Format: video conferencing. The Client is responsible for their internet connection and equipment.

Chef Ahmed: conduct sessions diligently and punctually; adapt the programme to the Client's actual level; respond to WhatsApp messages within 48 working hours; provide replays within 24 hours; respect the confidentiality of the Client's information.

The Client: attend sessions on time; prepare the requested exercises and recipes; provide videos of their techniques when requested for analysis; pay monthly instalments on time; use the content exclusively for personal use.

By the Client: online at any time from their account (billing portal), free of charge and without notice. Access remains active until the end of the paid month.

By Chef Ahmed: in the event of non-payment after 5 days of payment reminders, disrespectful behaviour or unauthorised use of the content. 7 days' notice, except in serious cases.

Guarantee: satisfaction or your money back for 14 days from the first session. If the Client is not satisfied after the first session, the first month is refunded in full, without having to give a reason.

• OuiChef Academy content (videos, worksheets, methods) is protected by copyright and remains the property of Chef Ahmed.
• The Client undertakes not to reproduce, share, resell or distribute all or part of the content.
• Coaching sessions are confidential: no unauthorised recording by the Client.
• Chef Ahmed does not disclose any of the Client's personal information to third parties.

This contract is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties seek an amicable resolution within 30 days before taking any legal action. Failing this, the dispute is brought before the competent courts.

The Client acknowledges having read and accepted this contract by ticking the box provided for this purpose at checkout. The date and time of payment constitute the date of acceptance.
